SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 14 Calling on the United States                                                                     
Congress and all federal agencies to adopt policies and engage in                                                               
certain efforts to improve the competitiveness and resiliency of the                                                            
state's seafood industry, was read the second time.                                                                             
                                                                                                                                
President Stevens stated SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 14 will                                                                    
advance to third reading on the February 28 calendar.
